As a suggestion maybe sign up as a beta testereveryone was offered this opportunity so there should be no complaints about being kept in the dark really.
Allen also posted an update there last week for those that did not sign up
Iv been asking since Xmas to be in the beta group as I have multiple android devices. I keep getting told dont worry about it, its being released in a few days.
Its pretty annoying as Iv come from another device that DOES have an app
As a new customer of GHL, this is giving me a great impression :spin2:

I'm thinking/hoping the app will be amazing! I'm also wondering if other devices have a larger following, therefore more revenue to develp these types of things.

Just looked on the APP Beta test thread and it seems everyone is giving the APP a thumbs up so I would expect launch is quite soon now.

if someone forgetting their password is a major oversight and another never installing an APP and needing advice is a major oversight then we might as well give up now!
NO - there is no issue or major oversight. The APP is running smoothly and everyone is very happy.

I don't have Android or i anything for that matter.
However I have noted that there are very few posts about this on the GHL forum, when there seem to be a lot of people on this site having issues.
Have all the users who can't download made a submission to GHL to get this fixed??????????
Or do you really not need this app after all?????????

This is indeed a great AP especially for those of us who have become accustomed to doing everything from your phone.
I downloaded it just fine from my phone but could not get it to download to my tablet directly. I DL'd it to my laptop then used a file sync utility (dropbox.com) to get it onto my tablet.
Last week I was out with some co-workers and was messing with my wife who was at home for the evening. I kept cycling the lights on/off until she finally called to tell me the tank was going crazy LOL!

I note Reef (another kiwi like myself) has not had any feed back from GHL either.

if a question is not answered in our forum than it has not been ignored, it maybe has just not been read from a Mod
I will check personally if there are still open threads and try to answer them
Edit: i checked the thread in question and can't find that there has been something ignored, maybe the reason is that many topics had been mixed meanwhile and the original topic was "the App is here"
-> it is alwas better to open new threads for new topics, this makes it easier for us moderators and for the other readers.

Well it clearly states that people can't download it, also mods have posted after the comment but not about the comment.
Reef even asked if GHL are looking into the problem, I do respect that you have a lot to cover but, and has been said before, answers are sometimes somewhat selective and this is very frustrating to the end users.
