ProfiLux Plus III what do you want???

How about a remote head.

I am in the process of moving and am strongly considering
putting the tank upstairs and the sump in the basement.

I would like to be able to control the controller from 2 locations.

Basically a remote display with buttons.

It would be great if the View III could have side controls AND be network enalbed with the same or bigger display as the PIII.

Scriptable sensor would be sweet.......

Example:

if Water1 active
and
PH decrease
then S1 = active
else if
Water1 active
and
Conducrivity increase
then S2 = active
end else
end if
end

yes I would also like a scriptable way of inputing advance logic (this make way more sence then the logic we have now, I really have a hard time wraping my head arround it, even if i'm a developer).

a full web interfce (html, not java or activex) built on the profilux that can manage all of the feature, no need to install a client and platform independent (mac and linux).

oups
Water1 = Level1
Sorry

Ya, now that would be really sweet, more than anything else if you ask me........ Built-in standalone server :drewl:

Yes, definetly more storage space for logging data. Possibly a module that allows you to export all data to an external hard drive.

One thing I don't think any controller does yet is interface with a auto-feeder. I think one of the next developments in reefkeeping will be in the keeping of Azoo corals. Having a Profilux controlled feeder that dispensed small amounts of foods throughout the day would be great.

If you really wanted to do this I would suggest an auto-feeder with the option that could keep the food cooled to make it possible to feed foods that should be cooled so they don't spoil after a few hours. Maybe a Profilux PTC peltier unit could do this? Since no auto-feeder does this now, it would be a market first!

External drive, maybe, but USB keys would be more practical....

More storage,
Better real time reporting of water chem and graphing for the bling bling factor. Better software too :-) FULL SCREEN AHOY!

I would like more timers so i can do multiple different lighting and pumping routines during the week.
As the timers are software i think it should not be a problem.
