im looking to order a profilux system soon and want to make sure that im getting all of the parts that ill need (postage from Germany to Australia is a pain so id like to try and get everything in one go). sorry for the link intensive thread :hmm2:

+ 1x YL2 splitter cable (i would like to control two tunze 6105 pumps on seperate programs) can i control the two pumps on different programs using one tunze cable and a splitter or do i need two tunze cables?

id like to use the profilux to control an ATO with an optical sensor and a float switch for back up. will i need to run both off of a splitter to get them work together?

and last of all, connecting to the computer. according to seawatec support, the controller is supplied with a serial pc cable. is this all i will need to connect?

for the contol of two tunzes you need

yep you will ned PL-LY splitter for hooking up two water sensors.

connection - as long as you have a serial port on your pc then yes but as you are running Ai's then you would be better off getting PLM-USB expanion card.

i think i may end up taking advantage of the 3ex mega pack that is running currently. am i correct in assuming that my list will still look the same but with the mega pack replacing the 2ex, powerbar, conductance electrode, and usb extension?
