We have received a few messages asking us if we directly still offer technical support as we now have moved to distribution.
Well the answer of course is yes. Here is how the support tree works.
If you have technical questions in the early stages please always contact your retailer. The biggest support network though is here on this great community forum.
If you still have not go the answer you are looking for, always contact us directly sales@aqua-digital.com invariably you will get an answer back in a few hours 7 days a week. If the technical question is more complex the response may be 24 hours.
We also offer live support where you can email us your system set up file for us to iron out the glitch for you and then give you detail set up instructions on what we did to correct the programming.
We are proud to support this great product and would like to think we rank highest than most in this field.
