Roger I want to offer a thank you and inform the community as well, that your attention to the issue I had with the 9011 was handled well and the customer service is the best experience I've had in the hobby regarding warranty service.

Tonight I received the replacement body and it works perfectly and as designed. The cover clips firmly into place and holds the standpipe without issue. The skimmer, in only a few days, and with little bio load, was already producing skimmate. I'm very happy with my choice in the 9011.

So thanks again for your personal attention in resolving this!

Also, for anyone looking for a quiet pump, I've been running a Tunze 1073.40 and it's whisper quiet and it's been that way for 2+ years.
