Protein skimmer poll. What do you use?

I use a Reef Octopus Regal 250INT with about 290 gallons of water.

Still running a Beckett skimmer a Barr Aquatic SK4200. Runs off my return so it's not costing me much energy, still skims like a monster though.

I clean the skimmer every two weeks, here is what the collection cup looks like on cleaning day.

I am running the bigger version- SK4220 with extended neck. It feeds off my return pump. I also have an ETSS 1400 acting as my spare.....YES! I love beckett and downdraft skimmers.
