puffed eye flame please help

Hello all, i tried posting in the disease section but the only response i received was to catch the fish and drain with a needle. I was wondering if this is the way to go or not as i couldn't find more one this practice. i figured i would go to the local forum for help My flame angel was getting beat up my my clown and developed popeye. i read a few places to just try to wait it out but that didn't work so i qt him and treated with macaryn 2. his color returned and the cloudiness associated with the popeye subsided as well as the swelling around the front of his eye went away. however there is still a huge puff behind his eye. does anyone have any advice. i have posted a video below.

I think the antibiotic treatment is about all I would do. Sometimes they loose the eye. Sometimes, the infection overwhelms them. Sometimes it just goes away in a few days to a few weeks. Keeping good water quality and low organics might be helpful; I'd skim well and run gac after the antibiotic course. Tought to watch it.
