Pump question

I am setting up a 120 gallon 4'x2'x2' and wondering if a Mag Drive 18 is a good pump to use for the return. It will have 5' of head and the specs say 1100gph at that height.
I have a dual overflow box with 2@ 1' to the 40 gal sump.
I am running a Kent Marine Nautilus te skimmer with a RIO+ 1400
and a 48" Coralife 130 watt.

Mainly wondering if the Mag 18 is too much or not?

That's exactly what I run on my 120. The only difference is that mine is 6" long. But it works really well.
