Purchasing fish online

I've been considering getting my next order of fish from MarineDepot due to the great things I've heard about them. Can someone (or lot's of someones) tell me the experiences they've had? I need to know things like return policy and quality of fish when received etc. Thanks :D
 
Nice link. Too bad there is only one thread commited to MarineDepot and it's about a tunze.

Anyone have any experience to share about MarineDepot fish?
 
I ordered a Stars & Stripes Puffer & Spotted Hawkfish a little over a month ago. Fish arrived promptly and were healthy. Only problem was, the S&S puffer was smaller that I ordered. I e-mailed them with a picture of the puffer next to a ruler. They agreed that the puffer was smaller than was I was charged for, and they credited my credit card the difference, plus they gave me $5 credit toward a future purchase!
 
I got a Blue Linckia from them that I've had now for close to a year. They are awesome in customer service and care for the livestock they sell. I highly recommend them!

Does Ollie ever post on here ? I wanted to yack at him about the leopard wrasse (still alive and well :))I got from you guys about a month ago.. :)

I am still miffed at UPS overnight for so totally screwing up (I mean hey, what sort of a shipping company leaves a package at the shipping facility ?!?!?).

Apparantly, UPS.

They've done that to me before..They've also left my packages in the rain with no protection. :mad2:

Ollie usually is around as he is a moderator here on Reef Central.. His RC name is Project Reef. I will send him a link to this thread. Im glad to hear that the wrasse is still kicking! UPS sometiimes does have issues but they usually get everything there..

ahh.. my bad on getting his name wrong :( .. and he was so helpful.. Yea, the second wrasse is doing great, but the coloration on the first one (yea, the dead one) just blows away the one we have now. :( Such is life I suppose....
