Anybody have this? likes/dislikes.Any suggestions on getting a ro/di unit. I need something because Im sick of going to the lfs and hauling buckets everyweek and paying $. Are there any extras that I need to add to my unit. For instance the purelyh20 has a membrane flush and pressure gauge that comes with it. Are these or any other upgrades actually important?

You should check the link I gave you. You get a bunch of free filters with the purchase of the entire system.

Yes, extra pre-filters, as they need to be changed more often than the membrane/DI. Be sure you get an inline TDS meter.

awesome thanks, Do I need a pressure gauge or a membrane flush, or is it not necessary? I bought mine from the worldwide auction place(not sure if i can say that name on here) I also put a pressure gauge on mine to just make sure water pressure is set right (i live on a farm) i also use a meter and i bought one that supply's ice maker and kitchen sink with water so i can have as fresh as water as my reefs do

Ive heard there is only 2 usa suppliers that build them for everyone so i don't think paying extra gets you extra's

Can someone explain why one would cost $100 and others would be upward $300 ?
When both would put out 0ppm TDS.

I got mine from Abundant water flow for $130 shipped which is a 4 stage GE 75gpd . Just read it tonight after 3 months of use, 5 ppm after membrane, 0 ppm after DI. The prefilters looks like mud.

If you don't keep your pre-filters close to clean, you will be replacing your $$$ membrane much more often. I change them as soon as they start to yellow.

Yup , the ups dude dropped off my filters today. Replacing them this weekend.

Wait, you change it when it starts to yellow?
Mine got past the yellowing stage with just 10 gallons of ro/di water.. I don't know if water is cleaner where you live but here , noway can you be changing them like that.
I have a nano so I don't use much since I bought it new , I would say about 150 gallon at most of good water.
