Purple Acros

What cause purple acros to go a greenish color?? i thought it was low ALK but my alk is stable at 7.5

From what I know you will usually see green colors develop on the bases of a lot of acros due to being shaded.

I've heard; iron, magnesium, iodine, and a few other trace elements that could be lacking in the aquarium. I personally believe it has more to do with lighting. I like the sound of a purple coral with green in it so I wouldn't worry too much
