Purple Fire Fish?

Does anyone have a purple fire fish? I would like to get one & havent seen any around in the LFS.... How do you like yours?

Hector at tropical aquarium has/had them. Really really colorful. If he dosen't have them he will order them for you. There is a threat on here about his store with his info. He is at 303 and 42 in brunswick. HTH

They're pushier than the reds, shorter-finned, and generally hang lower toward the substrate. I have both, and it takes something to daunt the purple, while the red is fairly shy.

Salty Critter has them quite often... I believe they had at least one for sale today... I always spend way too much money when I go into the Critter...

Yeah , spend too much when i go out there too. But after making the drive I feel like i should be stocking up so i dont have to make another trip in a week. LOL... But thanks for all the help, i plan on calling Salty to see if they have one before i drive out there so i can pick up some b-ionic also.

Dont feel too bad, i do the same thing. But, i just called them & they will have some firefish coming in next week.
