Hey guys what are some good tank mattress for a Purple Stripe Dottyback I'm heading some conflicting information

Woops ya mate's sorry its a 30 gallon its the only fish in it right now but since their on e aggressive side I don't want to cause another fish harm

Diadem dottybacks are one of the most aggressive of the species. The likelihood of it attacking and killing anything you try to add is pretty high.

You could try catching it and isolating it for a week or so before adding your new fish. Rearrange some of the rock work as well.

In a 30 gallon tank this fish will not allow many if any tank mates.

Hmmmm might just make it a home in my cube then I like the fish so I'll keep it

Damselfish, hawkfish, pygmy angelfish. Regardless expect some territorial aggression.

I have one with ocellaris, synchiropus and parasema damselfish in 30 gallons and no problems, but it was the last to enter. Little fishes will have trouble with it.
