Purple Tang with HLLE Disease

I rescued this Purple Tang from my friend, he is suffering from a severe case of head and lateral line disease.

He was in a 20 gallon, wasn't getting much seaweed at first. He started to get seaweed soaked in garlic and selecon and he is doing a little better.

I got him yesterday and he is active and eating. What can I do to nurse him back to full health?

Selcon and vita chem soaked food. The bigger variety the better
