Put an order in Monday night....

Question. Per your shipping policy, if an order is put in before a certain time in the day, 96% of the time it is shipped same day. Since I ordered on the 1/1, shouldn't my order have been sent today? (I hope that this doesn't come off the wrong way, I am actually asking in a gentle manner). I ordered an AquaFuge 2 Small and epoxy stick. Please let me know how long it takes if this is a drop ship type of shipment, or if it is cater to order. Thanks.

P.S. I ordered the AquaFuge 2 from you guys because your website said it was in stock, while others said they were out, or they only had the first generation type AquaFuge. I do hope your site is up to date with inventory status.

Orders received after 6pm EST are processed the next business day. Please take note that any back-ordered items in your order, you will be notified via email regarding the back order. You can always call us or email us directly with your order number to check status on an order.
