Pyramid Snail Question

I have seen good pictures of these snails' shells, But does anybody have a picture, or diagram of the actual snail?

I have seen small snails on my glass, and I'm not sure if they are cerith babies or Pyramids. I haven't found any on the clam, yet, but the shells look like they could be either one. Don't ask for a picture, I've already tried and they are just too small. :(

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

They could be Rissoa Snails as well; a harmless detrivore.

Yes, that is why Iwould like to know more about the body, and not just the shell. The ones I see have shells shaped like the ones you show, but they have a brown color to them. I can also see two "feelers", a mouth, maybe or at least a separation between head and body. I also see the foot is shaped similar to a Nass snail. It has a point at the back, and sticks out of the shell.

Any thoughts on good or bad snails with the above description?

If it looks like a nassarius snail, I'm assuing it's a whelk, and a small white rice like whelk can likely be pyramidellid snails. Six line wrasses do sometimes help with eating some but it's your choice if you want to introduce another organism to fight it.
