Quails and their nest.

Just thought I'd share a few pictures of my Quails.

The male has the white face and the female is the all brown one.

Their nest and 7 eggs.

LOL. Thinking the same thing. My father just picked up a new black lab pup AKC. He's either sending this one off again to Sutter Bay Retrievers or doing it himself this time. We used to keep pidgeons for the sake of training, but damn they stink. Quail would be quite the fragile training tool I think.

Yeah I did the pigeon thing too and you're right they are messy and stink. Quail would be quite fragile but I was thinking maybe one two occasionally would be nice.

Lol I hunt quail they taste good there's one sitting on my lawn right now actually debating on going outside with my pellet gun or not-)

Pigeons also carry tons of diseases my neighbors uses to pay me and all the neighborhood kids $5 a pigeon to shoot them in their barn a few yrs back(well maybe 20yrs ago) man I'm getting old
