Quantum 120 Micro Bubbles

I have a NYOS Quantum 120 and has been running since April 2022. I recently noticed a lot of micro bubbles in the DT. When I looked into my sump the NYOS had micro bubbles coming fro below the base. It looks like air is going past the screws that hold down the pump. Has anyone else seen this? And yes I have the air intake adjustment open - if I close it, it gets worse as the pressure then builds up.

Any info would be great!

I see it my skimmer also.
I bought a thin sheet of silicone to use as a gasket if I ever get around to it.
