I have a 29g with a few corals and 4 fish

One of my 2 clowns doesn't look well not sure if ich or something else.

Should I quarantine and treat all fish or just the one that appears I'll?

Since your going to ask haha

PH 8.0
Ammonia nitrite 0
Nitrate 1-2 ppm
Mag 1320
Cal 420
Alk 11.2

Only one clown is actin odd. Hard to tell but might be breathing heavy and he is just chilling in he same spot not moving to much and isn't interested in food. 2 firefish perfectly happy. My other bigger clown seems happy is eating but kinda maintaining her corner. Honestly neither clown really ventures around the tank the typically just stay in there own opposite corners.

Well you need to figure out if it is ich or something else. Hard to give advice until then. If ich, then all fish need to be in QT tank and treated and the main tank left fallow. If it is an infection, then only the one fish can be treated in QT. Might want to post in the fish disease section to get more input on how to proceed.

Usually clowns like to play around with each other. Are these clowns the same type, ie orange with white, red with white, black with white, etc...?

My best guess would be that it just got picked on by the larger one, especially since they were of different species. Happens all the time.

That being said, keep a close eye on the rest - if anyone else starts to look or act funny, I would think about QT'ing them all so that you can isolate them from the rest of the system. Once you determine the actual problem you can then treat them as needed.
