Quarantine water

I would like to shut down my quarantine tank for maybe 6 months.Would the water still be good to use after sitting with no heat,filter,circulation for 6 months?

I wouldn't use it. I always break down my QTs after I'm finished with them. No point in keeping them running with nothing in them.

saltwater goes foul pretty quickly with no powerhead running or something for circulation
