Quarantining aqua cultured fish, is there a consensus

My question is, if a fish is aquaculture raised and is in the shipping bag from the grow out facility and has never touched a natural body of water or LFS system water, is there a possible threat from parasites. I know QT'ing is good for distressing from transportation and to get them eating. Just thinking what your opinions are?

And has anyone received a aquaculture fish (mainly ORA) that had a parasite(inch,velvet,brook,flukes,etc.)?

Yeah, bio security is very tricky to be 100.00 %. All it would take is one guy to borrow a turkey baster or some other tool/equipment, take it home, infect it, bring it back.
BOOM! You just got velvet in your tank!
Shortcuts are tempting but it just doesn't seem worth the risk to "save" time.

A local store got fish straight from ORA with Brooklynella, so yes, I would quarantine aquacultured fish just like wild caught.
