question about anemone color

I realize that there are no guarantees but do you think this anemone will color up, maybe change to green or rose?

And since we are on the subject of color, it it normal to have a red column?

Red columns like that are more common on green BTAs than on roses, however I have seen roses with red columns as well. Judging from the deflated pic, I would say you have a GBTA.

agreed. when they shrink like that the color is more pronounced too.

with good food and lighting it should color up more, but it doesent look bad

Regarding foot color, I have one GBTA morph with a brownish-tan foot and one morph with the reddish foot. Come to think of it my RBTA's have both as well: the rose with green disk morphs have a dark purplish-red foot, the "true" rose morphs have a whitish-tan foot.

I agree it looks like a GBTA, deflated makes ID easier at least in this case. Doesn't look too bad, just feed it daily with small pieces of meaty foods and it should color up nicely.

Just to add: my GBTA has a red foot, my rose a tan.

It does appear to be a green though. It should be okay, my rose was far more bleached when I got it and is recovering well.

I think it's going to be a looker.....check it out.

Definitely looking better there, good going. I have a GBTA with pink tips I got about a month ago, yours looks like it may be the same color morph.
