Question about fish disease

I have a Hippo Tang that developed 4 large white spots last night. It does not look like Ich. They are larger than the typical Ich spots. Maybe 3 mm in diameter. The only thing that I have done to the tank was that I moved one rock yesterday. I have not intoduced any new fish in months. My water quality is excellent, and I have never had any fish diseases in this tank. Does anyone have any ideas? I will be setting up the quarantine tank later today. If this is not Ich should I try to find something other than Copper to treat it?

Thanks
Ben

I had a tang that developed ich with no new introductions to the tank for 3 months.......... quarentine all fishes in a copper tank worked for me

Might be flukes, though it's hard to tell. Flukes responds to freshwater dips. He definitely needs to be out of the main tank.

I thought that it was larger than Ich, but I am reading that there are a few different types of Ich. I have the fish out of the main tank, and in the Quarantine tank. He is lucky too, I got him a 20 gallon quarantine. How long should I wait to return him to the reef tank? The bottle of Copper said to wait a month.
