I have a Peppermint and Coral Banded shrimp as well as one emerald crab that since being in my tank have all molted. I've only had the them a few months and was just wondering how often they molt a year?
Depends on the amount of food and age, well fed young animals can shed quite often, every other month or so, as they get older or if food is harder to find the molting slows down.
