Question about Serpants

Just wondering, how can you be sure they are eating enough?

what size? how much feeding/ how often feeding. what are you feeding it?

They're difficult to judge, IMO, but if they're growing and moving well, they're probably okay.

Here's a pic of them. There are 2. We usually feed mysis to the tank/Sun coral twice a day and every other day target feed the serpants a piece of shrimp.
