question about soaking food

hello, I read about soaking frozen food with garlic ,vitamin, vita chem etc,{which I do ofeten} but I never read if if should be rinse before serving..
I never rinsed....but , whenever I hatch brine shrimp and add supplement I always rinse them..
anyone know for sure?

Just wondering why one should not rinse Rod's. I have a tang with HLE so am rinsing and soaking in selcon and vitachem. I feed Rod's and PE mysis.

Hadn't heard about avoiding rinses with Rod's.
