Question for led users, ramping feature ya or na?

For those using leds, do you current have ramping up and down? If so how do you rate it and is there a benefit to you. Those that don't do you wish you had that feature and why. Please share, thanks.

I have a ReefBreeders fixture so yes it comes with all the fancy features.

As a benefit, I would say its easier to acclimate corals to the light by changing the intensity. On a daily basis I have it set to ramp up and down like the sun with the maximum intensity is only on for about 4 hours.

I would give it a 5/10, because you don't need it to ramp up and down all the time, its just something cool and convenient..being able to dim it is all you need, definitely important.

I see no reason or benefit I have ramping and non ramping nothing seems to care but always get dimmable for acclamation

I ramp only because it is an available feature so I start very low in morning and peak then go down. Prior to LEDs, I had MH and I would start with VHO's right off the bat at full then a couple hours later full MH. Didn't really notice any difference other than MHs gave better results ...... but that is not the question at hand . I will stick with my LEDs only because of heat and power, but like viper said, not sure the ramping does much.
