Question on Hadden carpet moving

I have a carpet that decided to start to move again...should I make sure it dose not sit on its face or just let it do its thing...? It was footed under a rock for some time then I lowered my light a few inches and it up footed...water is good. Im just not sure if I should baby sit it. or if it can move around on its own...I am just worried if it flips up side down. thanks

I would flip it. Something else is off, can you post some pics? They like mod flow but not too much and are picky on where to attach, they like the column protected. Mine picked its own spot.

any update on the carpet? Mine did the same thing and I helped it back up. it moves around until it found a spot it liked and has been doing since

Mine has moved about 1/4 around a 180 tank. It has finally found a spot all mixed in the rock with its foot all the way down, it was like it wanted the protection of the rock instead of being in the open.

They move but should not let go and ended up up side down. If he let go and not attached then he is sick or extremely unhappy where he is for some reason. My red move along the bottom of the tank, pile up sand on one side and a hole on the other side that I have to smooth out.

Agreed. Something is wrong if he detached. Healthy carpets move while still attached. Some pictures and additional info about your system would be helpful.

He is now in the middle of my rock work...no way to get a pic. Tank is 125g long t5 lighting....he's was out in the open....I think he wanted more shelter...hasn't move from in my rock work...there is no way to get to it now unless I remove my rock. All checks out buy my Cal has been about 340 - 360.

My Green Haddoni is not doing great. He continue to have open mouth but does not deflate like he would be with infection.
anyway he moved into the rock works too. I have to remove some of the rock on top so light can shine on to him. He is improving there slowly getting better. Once he is well, I will rearrange the rock work and ger him out to the front.
I think you have to do something like this. Change the rock structure so he get the light he needed.

here is the carpet this morning....on my back wall. I don't think it knows where it wants to be.
