If he pays you with pay pal first you are covered but it sounds like a flipper( sell it first and the bur it at a lower price) and I wouldn't get involved with it , personally.

Sounds a bit fishy. Keep in mind if he does a chargeback via Paypal you could end up on the losing end. Plus, it would cost more for you to ship to PR.

I'm not comfortable with shipping in the Lower 48, let alone out of the country...lol. 95% of people out there are good. But you always run into the sketchy ones.
