Questions about anemones

Ive never had an anemone and i am thinking about getting one, but i don't know if i have enough light to support it and i have a couple of questions about them.
1. I have 2 PC bulbs and a 10K VHO in back and i have heard that anemones require a lot of light
2. I have heard that anemones will move around and sting corals and fish
3. Depending on the type how bad are the stings
4. what is a good species to start out with

1. IMO I dont think you have enough light. How many watts are each PC? Even so still not intense enough. Look into a nice T5 fixture or halides.

2. Anemones wander around when: a. there is not enough light for them, b. poor water quality, c. too mush flow.

3. Some are real bad some are very minor. Carpets can do damage to humans. Other you cant even tell a differecnce.
