Yes - Snap on and off, an LFS (Discount Aquarium or online is probably cheapest) snap on and odd, bend in any shape

Why are you replacing them. If it's just because they've become encrusted, a couple of hours in a vinegar bath and they will be like brand new.

Thank you all!

Cool, thanks for info. I was looking a bit today (I am home recovering from oral surgery) and there are tons of options. I am thinking I need to find out what size mine are and make sure they fit. :)

Sometimes they can be stubborn. A little heat or cold could help with snapping them together.

When you say heat, like boiling water or hot tap water?

I have some laying around. 3/4 inch. No nozzles I don't think but I have 12 inches of line loc

Thank's bud! I am not sure what size I need. I seen some on Marine Depot I believe that boost their output somehow?? I will PM you once I know their size.

They seem pretty clogged. I have tried to unclog with them attached, but, they are about 2.5 - 3 years old. I wasn't sure if I had to change every so often.

So, when changing or cleaning them. Is it okay if I remove and let the tank run without them on? Or is this a no no?

Tim, it might be easier to pop off the entire length of lock line from the overflow and then clean them. Each piece will disconnect and the nozzle will be easier to got off once it's out of the tank. Once clean they should be pliable and you can reshape them after reconnecting them. JP

Hey JP!

Piece is looking great BTW. You were right it colored up immediately.

So, tomorrow I will attempt to clean. Is it okay to remove these from the overflow while the tank is running? Meaning the return pump is on from sump to tank, etc?

Not unless you want a large fountain shooting from the top of your tank unless you're just removing the tips.

". I seen some on Marine Depot I believe that boost their output somehow?? ."

The nozzle you are talking about that increases flow are called penductors or eductors and they accelerate flow from pressure pumps
