Some good advice here. I went though something similar when I first started out. Ended up having to break down my tank, and treat all of my fish. In a separate tank while my DT sat fallow. End result is that I know that I have a disease free tank...
Best advice moving forward is to read the stickies and stock up on a few extra tanks for QT and HT. Keep some media in your sump to set them up when needed, or keep them running. I always try to advise people to set up a QT before or at the same time as your DT. Your fish can go through QT in the separate tank at the same time that your DT cycles...
