Radion Apex Wxm issue

Over the past few months with increasing amounts per day, my radion randomly turns off. After a few minutes it will turn back on. Sometimes it doesn't do it for hours. And other times just serval minutes apart. Anyone else ever have this issue/find a solution?

Do you have a temp shutoff programmed? Are your temp readings steady? A erratic probe could randomly throw out a high temp and shut down the light...
 
Radion Apex Wxm issue

Na no dj panels. Everything is ran through the full apex. Temp hist. is less than 1/2 a degree.
 
What outlet number is the light plugged into? Are you aware of the different outlet relay types? Have you tried switching outlets for troubleshooting?
 
Number 1. This would be a solid state switch correct? Being as the radion didn't draw more than 5 amps I assumed it would be fine. I haven't tried switching plugs but i suppose that's a great place to start! Thanks Jeff.
 
I think your fine with outlet your using also. I think the issues come up with low amp items on the mechanical relays. Good luck Glen!

I don't have experience with the radions, but it might not hurt to ask around if guys had similar issue with their lights. Looks like you've only focused on the apex so far.
 
I read people having issues with radions and t5s. Did the issue get worse when you added more t5s? I think the solution was to disable something on the radions...buttons maybe?

Hi, Can I ask if you resolved the Radion problem and what the issue turned out to be as I seem to have the same/similar problem.
I've had 3 XR30Pros running perfectly for 4 months using the unpopular Ecosmart software so was pleased when the WXM arrived. I wouldn't say setup was easy but reading other users experiences I updated the firmware successfully and attached the 3 radions without too many issues. I've programmed a nice lighting schedule for the daytime and after only one day/night they've started turning off every 5 mins for about 3 seconds. Yesterday i did a factory reset and went through the whole update and attaching process again and they ran perfectly all day through each programmed point, but this morning they are flashing again. FYI they are only operating at 60% max and there are no temperature issues. Do you have any ideas ?

Nope :/ I ended up selling the wxm and just setting up a reeflink. So much easier.
