Radion G3 flashing red light

So on of my Radions stopped working today. It has a small red LED that is flashing near the control buttons. I have tried reseting it and it appears to allow me to update the programing, but the light will not turn on.

Any ideas on what I can do to trouble shoot this? Im not having much luck with the googles today.

Connect it directly to Ecosmart live and reset it and see if that fixes it

I have tried that and it says it is communicating but still no changes in the status of the light or the flashing LED. Ecosmart says its OK but when you click Identify or program, the software acts like it is working but again no change to the light itself.
