Radion Gen2 - Delayed. Unacceptable service

I've been checking on the Radion Gen2 for weeks and it always shows 1-2 days. Finally I call and talk to 2 people who tell me I can order and get first shipement still, so I do that last week. I call today to find out, a shipment came in and I didn't get one.

Meanwhile another vendor had them in stock and was willing to match free shipping and the NOCALTAX, however it comes from Flordia, ground. Had I order from them in the first place last week, I'd already have a Radion Gen2...

Based of your word from 2 different phone calls I've arrange to sell my current lighting this Friday...Now my established tank will have no lights for atleast a week!?

Needless to say I'm pretty upset and very close to taking my business for life to another vendor. Trusting MarineDepot has put me in a tough situation.
 
Nice, now it shows 2-3 weeks for pre-orders.

I've cancelled my order and taking my business to BRS, except for emergency items I need within a day.
 
Thank you for taking the time to write us and share your feelings. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered. It certainly looks like we dropped the ball here. We were shipped a very limited supply of Ecotech Radion XR30W Gen2 LED lights but that is no excuse for how this situation transpired. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to help make things right so that you don't walk away from this experience with a poor impression of our company. Please send us a PM with your order number so we can investigate further to ensure this sort of error does not happen again.
 
I will have to consider coming back for larger purchases. The packing slip from BRS had the price of the lights on it, thus revealing the actually cost to my wife.

Once I'm not grounded any longer, I'll re-evaluate my vendor of choice...but you guys still lose my additives / salt mix business.
