Radion GEN2 lights 'beeping'

I noticed the other day, one of my lights was beeping, then they all shut down for a few minutes, then all came back on again.

At first I thought it was just a glitch, but then the lights did it again. So I re-sett them, and reconnected the group to my Apex.

It happened again last night. Has anyone seen this before? All lights are Gen2 running 1.7.8 firmware.

This is caused by interference with the touch-sensitive buttons on your Radion. Since you are using an Apex, if you don't already have the Connection Manager, you will need to download and install it. Then connect the beeping Radion to your computer via the provided USB cable and choose USB Radion > Disable Buttons from the Connection Manager menu. You will need to repeat this process for each and every beeping Radion. Note: the Connection Manager runs in the System Tray on Windows and in the Menu Bar on macOS. You don't need to login (it will prompt you).

having issues with windows 10. It opens the full page and when connecting to the light, it says a firmware upgrade is needed, if I say no, the program just exits. It isn't in the system try....i remember factory resetting the lights before using the method you described above but not in Windows 10. The program won't run in the try to 'right click' then disable the buttons to the connected light.

Their connection manager is a stand alone utility, it isn't web based.
