Rattling Sound from Tunze nanostream 6045

I bought a 6045 last week from a LFS. I've been using this or 4 days now, I'm getting this rattling sound from it. I assume I got the faulty powerhead. Please let me know whether I can get a replacement for it.

Sure, but why not check it out first. Open the pump and look for any foreign objects, loose shaft or obvious issues. The 6045's that are out have been fairly trouble free, I have only seen a couple that were bad and the problem was a 230V coil, not a bad fitment or rattle.

I have had the same problem. If I turn it off and then back on sometimes it goes away. I was using it on a timer to go off at night, but once I got the rattle to go away I just left it on.
