RBT under LED Question

I just picked up an AI Hydra 26 HD for my RBT. Is anyone running this setup for a RBT? If so what settings are you using?

As of now I'm running the lights 12 hours a day with a 2 hour ramp up and down at 17k. The RBT is doing well but I'm wondering if switching to 20k spectrum will help the zoolanthe more, or if a lower kelvin will be better

I'm running the original hydras not the 26/52 or the HD. Here's my color settings and my bta grow fine. As well as my other nems. I only have one white channel so you may want to tweak those. You may also want to start lower than my settings if he starts to run away or bleach. Just take all the channels down proportionally.

So you're running at 100% output for 10 hours?

That's just how my apex makes it look. Look down at the bottom with the color sliders. Those are the percentages of each color channel. It works weird. Say I put my blue at 90% I have to tell the apex run at 100% for it to hit 90 on the blues. Say I put my blue at 100% and the apex at 50% my blues will only hit 50%. Yeah it doesn't make much sense to me either.

But it basically is 1% blue for moonlight until 9am, then ramps up over 2 hours to the settings the color sliders display. Then at 9pm ramps back down over 2 hours to 1% blue moonlight.

I don't have a hydra,but I do have a radion gen 3 pro on my 28 nano,and only run it at 35%
and my Rbtas are doing great.I wouldn't run the hydra over 45% for a Rbta.I would change it to 20k.

I'm now seeing that 80% at 17k looks the best and the BTA responds the best IMO

How big is your tank,and how far from the water surface is the hydra.Couple of years ago I had ai sols blue on my 75 ,and about 10" from water surface and only ran them at 50%.

70 gallon. The RBTA is 15" from the surface, and 22" from the light. Currently running at 100% and 18k. All of the blues are at 100%. The white, red, and green are at 25%
