RBTA hiding out of the light...?

I purchased a new RBTA this week and it's been in my tank for 3 days now. Ever since I put it in, it is hiding in the shadows under a rock and won't come out to where it can bask in the light...anyone have any suggestions on anything I could do to get it to come out on it's own?

It’s acclimating to your tank and lighting, I would just let it be for a few weeks. The more u mess with it the more you will stress it out.

I know...it's the most beautiful one I have (neon red and green) and I'm worried that it might start bleaching.

I also have another smaller one that I recently purchased that has went from a brown/green color...to all brown with lots of white dots all over it...is that normal?
