RBTA Mouth out after split

About 2 months ago my RBTA split and in the process either didn't heal with his mouth in, or at some point when i wasn't watching pushed his mouth out. He has been like this for two months. Any suggestions on what is going on? He will not eat and has travelled around the rock work a few times. All of my SPS, LPS, Softies, Fish, Inverts are doing fine and growing like normal. Parameters 150 Gallon tank with 40B sump 2 x 250W MH 12" above water Temp 78-79 SG 1.025 Ca 460 MG 1300 Alk 9.3 No Phosphate/Nitrate/Nitrite/Ammonia. Picture to follow when I get home. Thanks for your help.

Before it split it was taking pe mysis and pieces of table shrimp 2 - 3 times a week. Since the split I have not seen it eat and the tentacles do not seem as sticky, although it still reacts when a piece of food is placed near it's mouth. Here is a better pic.

not much you can do except keep your water stable and keep trying to feed it. and make sure nothing else in the tank is bothering it.

Thanks. I appreciate the help. I tried feeding last night but it won't take the food and it's tentacles are not very sticky. I'll keep watching him and hoping he sorts himself out.

Mine use to eat once a week also.

Since it spit in 3 in May they have only eaten 3 times today was the first time they ate a piece of silverside. Their mouths looked like yours right after the split, but look more normal now.

2 of them have finally found a spot they like (one is parked right in front of a power head it total gets blasted every time it comes on, but is still able to hold to and consume it's food) the other one is still on the move looking for it's spot.

Just give them some time they will start looking and eating good again.
