RBTA puffed mouth

I recently got a RBTA from my LFS it has been in my tank since 12/23/15. This morning it looked rather healthy even though it is under a ledge of the rock in the tank. This evening it his shriveled up and has a puffed up mouth. Can anyone tell me what is wrong and if anything can be done???

I also need to know how to post pictures on this forum.
