RBTA splitting already?

I got a RBTA around noon yesterday, about 4" across. I drip acclimated and he never even shriveled up, was never stressed at all. Last night I fed him a large piece of krill, and he ate it quickly. Today, he looks gorgeous and I think it's beginning to split. From reading, it was suggested that splitting is a sign of stress? If that's so, what did I do to stress it?

As far as I know it's only speculated it could be a survival behavior in response to threat. Changing tank is pretty stressful to any animal, so even with drip I'm thinking the trauma from being yanked to the other tank and moved could be responsible. That being said, it may just have felt it was time to split. If you're indeed right, you got 2 nems for the price of one :D
