RC Slow as slow can be!

I've taken to browsing multiple threads at once to deal with the slowness. Waiting for one thread to load, I open another in a new tab and alternate between them. Sadly, this probably contributes to the slowness, but if they hosted the site on a decent cluster they'd not have an issue. Honestly, there's no excuse for this performance over multiple days. I work as an IT Infrastructure Engineer - our firm's customers would scream bloody murder if they were subjected to this for five minutes, let alone several days.

Rc has been slow for a long time and with the money they make from sponcers there is no excuse for it. If I was a sponcer id consider pulling out unless they spent some of that cash on a server upgrade.

Thanks to those who are trying to be understanding. It's not been a picnic for us either.

There's a lot involved it's not as simple as just changing a plug, and the tech guys have real jobs. ;)

DNS propegates to a new host in a few hours. Shut down at your slowest time back it up and move it. I dont mind waiting a few hours to get something that actually works!

This is so bad, if you want to get a hold of me call my cell because it might be 2 days before your post hits my thread. If I was a sponsor I would be asking for a refund! My understanding this is one of the biggest salt water forums, why would they have the smallest server?
