RC Slow as slow can be!

Rc has been slow for a long time and with the money they make from sponcers there is no excuse for it. If I was a sponcer id consider pulling out unless they spent some of that cash on a server upgrade.

Agree and had the same general thought but those who don't even shell out the couple of bucks each year to support the site themselves might want to bite their tongues.

Agree it has gone from bad to painful. It will get better...eventually.

Taking way too long though. I think most are smart enough to realize a new best buy computer will not fix this. I do know you have many technology professionals using this site too. Issues like this that last long lose people jobs in the real world. Hosting a website is probably one of the simplest things in technology. Did RC sign a contract with a new provider to save some money maybe? No performance guaranty in The contract maybe?

That was mostly for the feedback posts. But it does sum it up.

I couldn't tell you exactly what they are doing as I'm no techie, but there are several different things going on that they need to do and unfortunately it's time consuming.

I can say that saving money is not in the equation at all. Doing it right is.

The fix that we've been talking about isn't quite here just yet, but our tech guys have done a few things to get us some relief until the real fix is in place .
