Really neat chrysogaster video

i absolutely love the colors on these fish.

i also envy the diver/sailboat enthusiast:

"I film pretty fish, while drifting the oceans on my trusty sailboat Amarige. All my footage is taken from unused rolls from previous film commissions. This year I am planning to sail around Central America to shoot a travel pilot."

oh ill just sail from mauritius to central america. nbd.

Such distinct and vibrant colors on those fish. I may have to change my vote for best looking clowns.

Yeah those are pretty sweet. I love how the natural fish always surprise me with their color combinations. Sorry ORA, you can't compete with mother nature

it would be nice if ORA and Sustainable Aquatics would tackle these fish.

and if they are offering a million different misbar varieties of ocellaris with all their subtle differences....just imagine if they took on the different natural color variations of some of these rarer species. it would be good for everyone.

Im actually happy these beautiful fish are not mass bread. No offence to ora or sa but to me they have been slacking off on culling and such with deformed clowns just to make an extra buck. I don't mind the diffrent colors (not my thing) but their shape is what bothers me most.

Google Image shows those clown mostly tan color yet in that clip it is jet black with vibrant yellow belly and fins, very beautifull.

i love my Allardi Clowns but those jet black chrysoqaster are just simply awesome.....

Allardis are some of the consistently best looking clowns out there. I wish they would ship in some adult pairs from time to time.

The title says "... - with babies", but I don't see any babies. Am I missing them?

BTW, I have some of MarinaP's CB gasters, and they are mighty fine.

I think he is mistaking the damsel fish for baby clowns.

I like the 'gasters, but I think my favorite are A. fuscocaudatus (and not because you can't get them). I think I will do a little searching and see if I can find a video of them.

Those are my personal favorite also. The radial striping on the caudal fin is amazing! and the bright yellowish orange against the dark body is too. Have they ever been imported?

I agree. Can you imagine how many eggs this pair would produce in one clutch? :crazy1:
