B bubba1170 Member Nov 2, 2009 #1 Just recently got these fish and wanted to see if I truly got what they stated they were. First is a pair of mis-bar perculas Second is a pair of black mis-bar perculas My question is are they both truly mis-bars or just juveniles that haven't fully matured. Thanks Brian

B bubba1170 Member Nov 2, 2009 #4 I got them from AIM (Aquariums in Motion) in Corona. Pretty decent price so I think. $90 for the pair. Are all black perculas considered Darwin?

jt_milstead New member Nov 2, 2009 #9 Those are Black and White Ocellaris. An Onyx Percula is a true Percula with a lot of black. Here is a picture of a pretty good Onyx. http://www.reefhotspot.com/store/popup_image.php?pID=2888&osCsid=3f3277b4b2a5a7ff1d698393ff605ce0

B bubba1170 Member Nov 2, 2009 #10 That's what I thought. Onyx aren't solid black but true with more black than standard true's. So back to my original question. are all black and white ocellaris considered Darwin's?
