I am considering adding a clown tank a to my reef system (total water volume is currently ~300g). I just upgraded my refugium from a 15g to a 55g. The 15 is still plumbed into everything, I am considering what to do with it and thought perhaps I would add a pair of clowns and an anemone. It is currently lit with 2x 65w PCs which should be more than sufficient. However, filtration aside, will a 15 offer sufficient space for a cinnamon or tomato? If not, how big should I go?

I have 4 x 55 on a 29 and I don't think it is enough. It was OK on when I had the same lights on a 20 but on the 29 (same footprint, taller tank), the corals are stretching. So, IMO, I also think you need more light.

Are you thinking of adding a clown to your refugium? It would no longer be a refugium but a tank that is connected to your larger tank. If that is the case, 15 is small for a cinnamon or tomatoe. They can grow very big and will eventually need at least a 40 gallon regardless of how much water the 15 is attached to.
