Red blister on mouth (Lyretail Anthias)

I'm at work, but can post a picture later if needed. The description should suffice however.

I have a lyretail anthia (Maldives female) that has an external red blister on her mouth. The term is probably ulcer but it looks just like a blood blister that could be popped. She does eat but if it gets any larger, I fear she won't be able to or that she's not currently getting enough.

I noticed it after my last tank transfer while moving her to QT.

Can you suggest a medication/process to help.

As always, Thanks,

Adam

Could be a lot of things... A growth of some kind (i.e. tumor), a bacterial infection, or even possibly just Lymphocystis (a harmless virus which usually recedes on it's own).

Post a pic when you can.
