It has been like this for over 6 months but the one it split from I a long tentacle but his is a perfect bubble why wouldn't. Be a long like the other one

The parrent anemone is likely a rbta and not displaying bubble shaped tentacles.

+1 BTAs don't always bubble. They can look long and stringy like a LTA in one tank but not the next.

Usually bta bubbles up when they go into feeding mode, and it's true that they could bubble up in one tank and not in another.

I've had a bubble tip for almost two years under several dfferent types of lighting( MH, T5HO, and now LED) and that guy wont bubble for me at all but a clone of it in my friend's tank is fully bubbled. I guess they just do it when they want to
