That looks like tissue necrosis ( stn/rtn) but half the pictures aren't showing up for me. .. Google is your friend as there is all kinds of theories on what to do to stop it.. Some work in some tanks some don't. I have in the past cut the affected area off, super glued over the edges etc..

Common causes are instability like alk/temp/P04 swings, pests, fish like angels, clown gobies etc.. .. Could be a lot of things honestly.

Why dose Flatworms stop? I don't see the need for that at all. That's only for red planaria(sp?) Flatworms that do not feed on corals they just get to plague proportions and can smother/shade corals and they can contaminate the tank with toxins when you kill them off. Probably not a good idea to just blindly dose it imo.

If you suspect predators you need to take a close look at the coral and look for particular symptoms like bite marks etc. Check when lights are off as well you may have better luck. Maybe post/research your fish stock list to see if you have any borderline reef safe fish. There's a sticky with advice on what to look for on sps I believe when it comes to pests and disease.

He's talking about flatworm stop which is a product from KZ , I think you're thinking about Flatworm exit from Salifert that is an in tank treatment for red planaria.

Is it possible salt creep could have fallen and landed there? All tissue looks healthy around the dead tissue, which happened quickly as there is no algae on dead tissue, so definitely RTN to me. Polyps are out around the dead tissue on the healthy tissue, like something landed there and burnt the heck out of the coral in that one spot. My guess :)
